Step 1

Let’s schedule a home visit and you can tell me about your home: updates you have completed, the age of major systems, and discuss the items you plan to update prior to sale. Some updates are better than others and it can save time and money to have some insight into which may be more valuable when that for sale sign goes up! Ultimately, the decision to do or not do a project is completely up to you!

Step 2

I will prepare a Competitive Market Analysis with a recommended price range for your listing. We will discuss pricing strategy, market trends, and recent comparable sales. You are in charge of the final listing price, I just provide the data so you can make an educated decision.I will put together a market analysis for you. It is really important to see what else is for sale and what else has actually sold. We will also cover market trends, seasonality and host of other topics that may affect price. In the end, though, you are the boss and you decide your listing price.

Step 3

We will discuss the listing agreement, commission fees, and timing..

Step 4

So let’s get ready to sell! As much as possible, we will want to complete all outstanding projects and remove personal items and get your home sparkling clean. I hire a professional photographer to highlight all the details that make your home stand out. High quality professional photos are a huge asset in capturing the interest of buyers, and I take care of that for you.

Step 5

Put up the sign! Then make your listing available and active on the MLS

Step 6

Our team at Vine Property Group will put together a flyer with beautiful photos to help in the marketing of your home. Our team makes sure your home has maximum exposure on all social media and real estate sites and that ALL local agents receive an email about your home.

Step 7

Have an open house and actively show the home to potential buyers.

Step 8

Receive, review and negotiate offers! I will work closely with you every step of the way to ensure you are getting the best price and terms.

Step 9

Once in escrow, we will still have a bit of work to do. Inspections, sign offs etc. Once again, we will be right there to make this all go smoothly.
