Do I Need To Sign Anything To Have You Be My Listing Agent?
In order for me to list your home for sale in the multiple listing service, we will both need to sign a listing contract to address your listing date, price, and any additional terms. I typically provide a copy of the listing contract to my clients well before the listing date so they have time to review the terms of the contract.
How Do You Determine A Listing Price For My Home?
I will prepare a Competitive Market Analysis with a recommended price range for listing your home. We will discuss pricing strategy, market trends, and recent comparable sales. You are in charge of the final listing price, I just provide you with information so you can make an educated decision.
