My job is to make the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible. First things first, let’s meet and talk about some of the basics; timeline, preferred areas, budget. I can give you a preview of what to expect and we can make sure we are a good fit.

Step 1

Find your Realtor®! Somebody you connect with and puts your interest first!

Step 2

Connect with a local mortgage broker, determine your price “comfort zone” and complete the pre-approval process.

Step 3

Review active properties I send you that match your search criteria. Tell me which homes you would like to see and we can begin touring!

Step 4

Fall in love, write a competitive offer, get your offer accepted, and start the escrow process!

Step 5

From acceptance you have 3 business days to provide earnest money (typically 1% to 2% of your offer price). This is a customary sign of good faith, that you intend to move forward with the purchase.

Step 6

Complete inspections. You typically have 10 days to 2 weeks to get this done and I will handle all the scheduling for you.

Step 7

Complete the appraisal process, order homeowners insurance, and get final loan approval from your lender.

Step 8

Sign your loan documents at the title company (typically a few days before closing).

Step 9

Close the sale and go our for a celebratory dinner!
